Ingredients:
1 cup whipping cream
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 10-oz. pkg. frozen raspberries, partially thawed
Method:
1. Whip cream until thick.
2.Put remaining ingredients in blender, cover & blend, then fold into whipped cream.
3.Pour into shallow container & freeze for 2 to 3 hours
