Milk Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:-
2 tea cups mixed veg
etables (French beans, Green peas, Carrots).
1 chopped Onion.
1 table spoon Butter.
2 cups Milk.
1 ½ tablespoon Butter.
2 cups Milk.
1 ½ tablespoon plain flour.
4 cups of Water.

Preparation :-

1.Heat the butter and fry the onion for a minute in a casserole.
2.Add the vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes.
3.Add 4 cups of water and cook till vegetables are soft.
4.Then add the milk.
5.Mix 1 ½ tablespoon of plain flour and water and add it to the soup.
6.Boil for sometime.
7.Add salt.
Serve hot.
